Software sales are international (Mexico & Canada) but hardware can only be shipped within the continental U.S.and Canada.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 72 hours. Orders are processed and shipped on Business days only. Please allow 4 to 10 Business days for delivery. Sales tax of 7% will be applied to purchases made by Indiana residents.
Software Orders Software will be sent via email. Key will be generated and sent via email with 24-72 hours during regular business hours. If for some reason you did not receive your keys please give us a call (260) 724-2748. RETURNS / REFUNDS Our refunds policy will be the same as each manufacture refunds policy. GFI Software Refunds Software is not refundable; you may download an evaluation copy for a period for 30 days. During this time you are also eligible for technical support. This allows you to fully test the software, before you buy. It does mean however that when you buy, we consider it a final purchase. All refunds will only be credited to the credit card that the card holder initiated the purchase with. Our products refunds/returns policy is specific to the products purchased. Please see below fro exact return refund language. Customer satisfaction is the core of our business. If our customers feel that they are not satisfied with a product they received, or that we will do everything we can to keep you, our customer, satisfied.
You must first email FrugalBrothers.com; returns@FrugalBrothers.com This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it to receive a return authorization before returning any product. Products returned to FrugalBrothers.com, must be new, unopened, never assembled, and still in the original package. Items that are returned with obvious wear, scratches, missing paperwork, or without the original box, will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued. There are no exceptions to any part of this policy.
The customer is responsible for shipping arrangements on all returns. Please choose a courier with whom you can insure the package (for the full value of the product) and obtain tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during shipment, FrugalBrothers.com will not refund the customer. The customer will need to contact the courier and file an insurance claim with the courier for a refund on the insured package. Returned items marked "COD" or "Postage Due", will not be accepted, and will be returned to sender without refund.
A package that is refused on delivery is the same as a return. A refund will be issued for the product's), minus the 15% restocking fee, and shipping and handling costs; once received by FrugalBrothers.com. In the case of an undeliverable package, FrugalBrothers.com will contact the customer to re-verify information and either resend the order or offer a full refund. The shipping and handling fee credit or debit, will be determined on a case by case basis.
Returns must include a copy of your order confirmation e-mail or order number, and should be forwarded to: returns@FrugalBrothers.com this email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it and a printed copy enclosed with the return package.
In the rare case that a product is on back order we will notify the customer, and issue a full refund, including shipping and handling, should the customer wish not to wait.
